Counterbalance Forklift
How to Maintain Internal Combustion Forklift Dec 20 , 2022
1. The first-level maintenance interval for internal combustion forklifts is 150 hours of accumulated engine operation. For internal combustion forklifts with less than 150 hours of annual working hours, and for internal combustion forklifts with less than 150 hours of annual operating hours, the first-level maintenance is performed once a year. The first-level maintenance is mainly to check the performance of each part and adjust the clearance. In addition to completing the tasks specified in the daily maintenance, the first-level maintenance should mainly add and replace lubricating grease according to the specified parts, and carefully inspect, debug and partially replace the easy-wear parts of the machine one by one. The main content of the first-level maintenance can be referred to as follows: check and clean the air filter, fuel filter and fuel tank, oil filter, adjust the valve clearance, check the fuel injection advance angle of the high-pressure oil pump for the diesel engine, check the ignition timing of the gasoline engine When cleaning the gasoline engine, check the fuel pump and carburetor filter screen; when cleaning the diesel engine, remove and wash the filter screen of the fuel delivery pump, check the oil in the oil pan, tighten the intake and exhaust pipe flywheel housing flywheel engine support Bolts and nuts, adjust idle speed, check cooling system, check electrical system, mast and fork frame, drive axle and transmission, steering mechanism, clutch and brake, hydraulic system, add grease and check grease nozzle according to the lubrication table in the forklift manual , to ensure sufficient lubricating oil (grease) for the forklift, complete oil nipples, no checks, and clean refueling places.
2. The time interval for secondary maintenance of internal combustion forklifts is 450 hours. For forklifts that have been operated for less than 450 hours in three years, secondary maintenance should be performed every three years. The secondary maintenance is mainly to deal with the bad state and adjust the clearance. Partially disassemble the forklift, check and clean, change the oil, repair or replace the vulnerable parts that exceed the limit. The acceptance criteria for secondary maintenance can refer to the following:
(1) Abnormal phenomena recorded during pre-inspection should be completely eliminated.
(2) The accessories of each system are complete, and the assembly and adjustment are correct and appropriate.
(3) The hydraulic system works stably, with normal pressure and sound, and no leakage.
(4) The electrical circuits are neatly arranged, the wiring is correct, and the external protection is good.
(5) The exterior of the whole forklift is clean, and all performance parameters basically meet the requirements.
