The hydraulic system of the 10 tons forklift is noisy when it is working, and the pressure is high and low, and the failure of instability can be diagnosed from the following points.
1. The oil inlet of the gear pump of the forklift is not tightly sealed and the air enters;
2. The joint surface of the gear pump of the forklift is not tightly sealed, and the air intake;
3. There is insufficient oil in the fuel tank of the LPG & Gasoline forklift or there are a lot of air bubbles in the oil;
4. The oil filter of the forklift is blocked or the oil temperature is low and the viscosity is too high, resulting in insufficient oil absorption and oil vaporization;
5. After changing the oil or changing the hydraulic system parts, there is a lot of gas in the system, so that the return oil contains a lot of air bubbles, but they do not completely disappear;
According to the personal experience of our master, we can refer to the following points to troubleshoot these problems.
1. During operation, use plastic film to check whether there is any air leakage on the oil inlet pipe and joint surface of the gear pump. If there is, we should replace the oil inlet pipe and sealing ring;
2. Check the oil level of the fuel tank, and refuel to the oil mark line;
3. Observe the color of the oil in the oil tank. If it is milky white, it contains a lot of air bubbles. Standing still for a period of time can cause the gas in the oil tank to overflow;
4. Clean or directly replace the forklift oil filter;
5. If there is a large amount of gas in the system, the lifting, lowering, forward tilting, backward tilting and other actions can be repeated without load for a short period of time, so that the air in the system can be discharged to the fuel tank.
The above troubleshooting methods are for reference only. In order to diagnose and repair the cause of forklift failure more accurately, maintenance personnel should learn more and listen to the forklift driver's feedback and conduct on-site surveys of the forklift to fully understand the failure points of the forklift hydraulic system.
