1. Jack up the rear of the counterbalance forklift.
2. Remove the steering wheel. For forklift pneumatic tires, part of the air should be released when removing the front tires.
3. Refer to "Power Cylinder" and "Steering Gear Box" to remove the tie rod assembly.
4. Refer to "Power Cylinder" to remove the ball joint of the power steering cylinder assembly from the bell crank.
5. Disassemble the rear axle assembly of the forklift.
6. Remove the ball joints of the connecting rods from the left and right spindle arms. Pull out the cotter pin and loosen the ball coupling nut. Remove the ball joint from the drive shaft with a special tool.
7. Take out the bell crank lock plate fixing bolt in the center of the bridge, and pull out the bell crank pin upwards.
8. Remove the bell crank from the center of the bridge.
9. Remove the left and right connecting rods from the bell crank. Pull out the cotter pin and loosen the ball coupling nut. Remove the ball joint from the mandrel with a special tool.
10. Pull out the upper and lower lubricating oil seals from the bell crank pin hole.
11. Remove the needle bearing from the bell crank pin hole. Use a punch to remove each bearing from the inside.
