The secondary technical maintenance of electric battery forklifts is mainly based on the internal adjustment of accessories, elimination of bad conditions, and partial repair and replacement of accessories. The specific contents are as follows: complete the first-level technical maintenance items and meet the technical requirements.
First, check the mast, fork frame, guide wheels and side guide wheels of the forklift mast mechanism and adjust the gap; check the chain and adjust it; check whether the mast and fork frame have cracks, open welding and deformation; clean all parts.
Second, check the hydraulic system.
1. Disassemble and inspect the oil pump. When the oil pump is weak, noisy, or overheated, it should be disassembled for inspection and troubleshooting.
2. Disassemble and inspect the oil cylinder. When the oil cylinder is weak or leaking oil seriously, the oil cylinder should be disassembled and inspected, the failed oil seal should be replaced, and the cylinder body, piston rod, descending speed limit valve and other components should be inspected to eliminate the fault in time.
3. Disassemble and inspect the multi-way reversing valve. When the multi-way reversing valve has serious external leakage and the operating action is abnormal, it should be disassembled and inspected, troubleshooting should be eliminated and the pressure value should be adjusted.
4. Clean the oil tank, replace the hydraulic oil, disassemble and inspect the oil outlet filter, and check the hydraulic oil pipe.
Third, check and adjust the drive axle. Disassemble and inspect the reducer and internal helical gear pairs; check the wear and meshing of the main and passive bevel gear pairs; check the planetary gear and half-shaft gear pairs; check the half-shaft and housing; replace the gear oil; check the forklift wheel bearings and brakes.
Fourth, check the forklift brake system. Check the forklift wheel brakes; disassemble and inspect the brake master cylinder; check the brake oil pipe and joints; check the parking brake.
Fifth, check the forklift steering axle and steering system. Check the forklift wheel bearings and tires; disassemble and inspect the steering knuckle shaft and steering beam crossbeam; disassemble and inspect the fan plate and center shaft; disassemble and inspect the longitudinal and transverse tie rods; disassemble and inspect the steering gear; inspect and adjust the accessories.
Sixth, check the forklift electrical system accessories. Disassemble and inspect the forklift's travel motor, oil pump motor, steering oil pump motor; disassemble and inspect the speed controller, various switches and electrical control panels; check the forklift battery box.
Seventh, check the lithium battery forklift body and others. Check the overall metal structure of the forklift for cracks, open welding and deformation and repair them; check the seat connection and foreskin; check the counterweight and other connecting parts; spray paint the entire vehicle, repaint the logo and vehicle number.
Eighth, if conditions permit, the oil pump and multi-way reversing valve can be disassembled for inspection; if conditions do not permit, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the oil pump and multi-way reversing valve.
