1. The excavation operation of front wheel loader shall comply with the Safety Technical Operation Regulations for Single-bucket Excavators and the Safety Technical Operation Regulations for Tire Loaders.

2. Before operation, the location and direction of the visible and hidden objects (such as electric wires, underground cables, pipelines, tunnels, etc.) on the construction site should be found out, and obvious signs should be used to indicate that it is strictly forbidden to operate within 1m of the cable.

3. Before excavation, the loading bucket should be turned over so that the bucket mouth faces the ground, and the front wheel is slightly off the ground. Step down and lock the brake springboard, and then extend the legs to make the rear wheel off the ground and keep it in a horizontal position.

4. During operation, the control handle should be stable and should not move sharply. Do not brake midway when the boom is lowered. Do not use high gear when excavating.

5. The rotation should be stable and should not hit and be used to compact the side of the groove.

6. The buffer block at the rear end of the boom should be kept intact. If damaged, it can only be used after repair.

7. When shifting, the excavation device should be placed in the middle transport state, the outriggers should be retracted, and the lifting arm should be lifted before the operation can be carried out.

8. Before loading, the slewing mechanism of the excavation device should be placed in the middle position and fixed with a pull plate.

9. During the loading process, the low gear should be used.

10. When the bucket lifting arm is lifted, the floating position of the valve should not be used.

11. The excavator loader has eight working valves. When the first four valves are working, the last four valves shall not work at the same time.

12. During driving or operation, it is strictly forbidden to ride or stand on any part of the articulated wheel loader loader except in the cab.

13. During driving, high speed and sharp turns should not be made, and neutral gear sliding is not allowed when going downhill.

14. When driving, the outriggers should be fully retracted, the excavation device should be firmly fixed, the loading device should be lowered, and the hydraulic piston rods of the bucket and bucket handle should be kept in the fully extended position.

15. When the parking time exceeds 1h, the outriggers should be propped up to keep the rear wheels off the ground. If the time exceeds 1 hour, the rear wheels should be off the ground and supported by pads under the rear suspension.

16. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts and conduct inspections and repairs. When repairing the working device, it should be lowered to the lowest position and wooden pads should be placed on the suspended parts.

17. If any of the following situations occur during construction, work should be stopped immediately and construction can only be continued when the working safety conditions are met.

(1) When the soil in the filling and excavation area is unstable and there is a risk of collapse.

(2) When the climate changes suddenly, heavy rain occurs, the water level rises sharply or flash floods occur.

(3) When a blasting signal is issued in the blasting warning area.

(4) When water and mud gush out from the ground, the vehicle gets stuck or the slope slips due to rain.

(5) When the clearance of the working surface is insufficient to ensure safe operation.

(5) When the construction signs and protective facilities are damaged and ineffective.

18. Workers who cooperate with mechanical operations to clean the ground or repair damaged ground on site should work outside the turning radius of the machine. When they must work within the turning radius, they should immediately stop the machine from turning and brake it before working.
