Manual hydraulic forklift is the most commonly used short-distance handling tool in factories, warehouses and workshops. Because of its simple shape and small volume of hydraulic devices, it is easy to operate and easy to use. It has three functions of lifting, short-distance handling and lowering. Cattle". It is especially suitable for loading and unloading of vehicles and the loading, unloading and transporting of flammable, explosive and fire-prohibited items in workshops, warehouses, docks, stations, logistics yards and other places. When the manual forklift seals, oil seals, O-rings or oil cylinders are aged, there will be oil leakage, or if the manual hydraulic forklift has been used for more than three years, the manual forklift hydraulic oil needs to be added. The method of adding hydraulic oil is as follows:
There is a hydraulic cylinder on the manual forklift. There is a threaded screw behind the hydraulic oil near the upper end side. After unscrewing the screw, there is a filling hole, and the hydraulic oil is added to the hydraulic cylinder from this hole. (Note: Different brands of manual forklifts have different positions of the oil filling holes. Some forklifts still do not have oil filling holes, so they must be disassembled as a whole before adding hydraulic oil).
Manual forklift hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, lubrication, cooling, sealing and incompressibility in the hydraulic system. Improper selection of hydraulic oil for manual forklifts is the main reason for the early failure and durability of forklift hydraulic systems. The hydraulic oil should be selected according to the grade specified in the "Forklift Instruction Manual" attached to the truck. When a substitute oil is used in special circumstances, its performance should be the same as that of the original grade. Different grades of hydraulic oil cannot be mixed to prevent chemical reaction and performance change of hydraulic oil. Dark brown, milky white, odorous hydraulic oil is deteriorating oil.
cannot be used.
When choosing hydraulic oil for manual forklift trucks, you can refer to the following: choose 46# or more thick hydraulic oil for addition in winter, and use 32# hydraulic oil in summer. If the manual forklift is used very frequently, choose 68# hydraulic oil in summer and 46# hydraulic oil in winter. The higher the grade of hydraulic oil in the manual forklift, the thicker it is. Interquip Machinery recommends choosing a thicker hydraulic oil with a higher grade, so that the hydraulic components of the manual forklift will last longer.
The hydraulic oil of the manual forklift must be filtered and refilled, and the refueling tools should be reliable and clean. Do not remove the filter at the filler neck of the fuel tank in order to increase the rate of refueling. Workers who add oil should use clean gloves and work clothes to prevent various solid impurities and other impurities from penetrating into the hydraulic oil.
