Safety and Technical Operating Procedures for Loaders

1. When the articulated front loader is driving, the bucket should be retracted and the bucket should be about 400-500mm off the ground. Pay attention to whether there are roadblocks or high-voltage wires during driving. No other people are allowed to ride except the specified drivers.

2. When the loader is driving, avoid sudden changes in direction. When the bucket is lifted with load, sharp turns and sudden brakes are not allowed.

3. When the small wheel loader is driving on the road, it must abide by traffic rules and drive carefully. It is forbidden to slide in neutral when going downhill.

4. If the engine is turned off on a slope, the bucket should be placed on the ground and braked, and the operating levers should be placed in the middle position before starting the engine.

5. The loader should pay attention to the bucket arm should not be raised too high.

6. When unloading on slopes, trenches, and pits, be careful not to extend the bucket too much to avoid overturning.

7. It is not allowed to work on a site with an inclination exceeding the specified degree. There should be no obstacles and irrelevant personnel in the working area.

8. When the loader bogie is not locked, it is strictly forbidden to stand between the front and rear frames for inspection and maintenance.

9. After the boom is raised, before lubrication and adjustment, the safety pin must be installed or other measures must be taken to support the boom to prevent the boom from falling and injuring people.

10. After operation, the loader should be parked in a safe place, the bucket should be placed flat on the ground, all operating levers should be placed in the middle position, and the brakes should be locked.
