Diesel forklift maintenance, also known as a planned preventive maintenance system. During the use of the forklift, as the interval of operation increases, each component will inevitably wear out and become loose, resulting in a gradual decline in the power, economy and reliability of the forklift. The maintenance of the forklift is to summarize the wear laws of various parts according to the design requirements of the forklift and different usage conditions, to collect the items with similar wear degrees, and to carry out corresponding cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening, adjustment and maintenance in the normal wear stage. Calibration and other work, so as to improve the working conditions of each part, reduce the wear of parts, eliminate hidden dangers, avoid early damage, and keep various parts and assemblies in good technical condition. During operation, the consumption of fuel and lubricating oil and the wear and tear of parts and tires are reduced. Maximize the mileage between overhauls of the entire vehicle or each assembly, and reduce the noise and environmental pollution of forklifts. So how to do forklift maintenance?
The maintenance of the forklift and the maintenance cycle of the forklift need to be determined according to the structure, performance and road conditions of the forklift. According to the different operation cycles, it can be divided into two types: regular maintenance and non-regular maintenance. Regular maintenance is the maintenance of the forklift on a periodic basis according to the usage of the forklift after the forklift travels for a certain interval. Forklift maintenance can be divided into three categories, namely daily routine maintenance, first-level technical maintenance, and second-level technical maintenance. Routine maintenance is carried out every day (after each shift). Usually, the primary maintenance is carried out after every 50 hours of work; the secondary maintenance is carried out after every 200 hours of work (or about half a year).
1. Daily maintenance of the forklift.
The daily maintenance of the forklift mainly focuses on cleaning, lubricating and checking the status of each component of the whole vehicle, and the driver of the forklift is responsible for it. The forklift driver cleans, inspects and debugs the forklift. It is a daily project centered on cleaning and tightening. When an abnormal state of the forklift is found, it should be dealt with in time. The daily maintenance of the forklift includes inspection before use, inspection during work and maintenance after returning to the warehouse. 2. The specific content of the first-level maintenance of the forklift.
(1) Check the vacuum degree of the cylinder pressure.
(2) Check and adjust the valve clearance.
(3) Check whether the thermostat works normally.
(4) Check whether the forklift multi-way reversing valve, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump work normally.
(5) Check whether the shifting operation of the forklift transmission is normal.
(6) Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads of the hand and foot brakes and the brake drum.
(7) Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation pipe is in good condition, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.
(8) Check whether the forklift generator and starter motor are firmly installed, and whether the wiring head is clean and firm, and check the wear of carbon brushes and commutators.
(9) Check the tightness of the fan belt.
(10) Check whether the forklift wheels are firmly installed, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the sundries embedded in the tread.
3. The specific content of the secondary maintenance of the forklift.
(1) Clean each fuel tank, filter screen and pipeline, and check for corrosion and cracks. Do not rub with gauze with fibers after cleaning.
(2) Clean the torque converter and forklift gearbox, check the wear and tear of the parts, and replace the new oil; check the drive shaft bearing, and change the direction of the universal joint cross shaft if necessary.
(3) Check the fastening of each part of the drive axle for oil leakage, and clear the air holes; disassemble and inspect the main reducer and differential, adjust the axial clearance of the bearing, and add or replace the lubricating oil.
(4) Disassemble, adjust and lubricate the front and rear hubs, and transpose the axle shafts.
(5) Clean the brake and adjust the gap between the brake drum and the brake shoe friction plate.
(6) Clean the steering gear and check the free rotation of the steering wheel of the forklift.
(7) Disassemble and clean the gear oil pump, and pay attention to check the wear of the gear, housing and bearing.
(8) Disassemble the multi-way valve of the forklift truck, check the clearance between the valve stem and the valve body, and do not disassemble the safety valve if it is not necessary.
(9) Check the steering knuckle for damage and cracks, the coordination between the steering axle kingpin and the steering knuckle, and disassemble and inspect the wear of the longitudinal and transverse tie rods and the joints of the steering arm.
(10) Disassemble the forklift tires, remove embroidery and paint on the rims, check the inner and outer tires and cushion belts, transpose and inflate according to regulations.
(11) Check the connection and tightness of the hand brake parts, and adjust the working stroke of the hand brake lever and the foot brake pedal.
(12) Check the density of the forklift battery electrolyte, if it does not meet the requirements, remove it for charging if necessary.
(13) Clean the water tank and oil radiator.
(14) Check whether the shelves and frame are deformed, remove and wash the rollers, check whether the fixing of each accessory is reliable, and add welding if necessary.
(15) Disassemble and check the lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder and steering cylinder, and replace the worn sealing
(16) Check the rods, fuses and various switches of each instrument, and adjust if necessary.
