Precautions and routine inspections for daily maintenance of 5-ton wheel loaders:
1. General requirements for maintenance of loaders
1. Park the loader on a level ground;
2. Put the gearbox control lever in neutral;
3. Put all accessory control levers in the neutral position;
4. Pull up the parking brake;
5. Turn off the engine;
6. Turn off the starter switch and take out the key.
2. Regular maintenance of the loader
1. Every 10 hours (or daily maintenance)
(1) Go around the machine to visually check for abnormalities and oil leakage;
(2) Check the engine oil level;
(3) Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank;
(4) Check lights and instruments;
(5) Check tire pressure and damage;
(6) Press butter and various lubricating oils into the transmission shaft.
2. Maintenance every 50 hours (or a week)
(1) Tighten the connecting bolts of the front and rear transmission shafts;
(2) Check the gearbox oil level;
(3) Check the oil level of the brake booster;
(4) Check the emergency and parking brakes, and adjust them if they are not suitable;
(5) Check tire pressure and damage;
(6) Grease the joints of the front and rear frames, the swing frame of the rear axle, the intermediate support, and other bearings. Need quality loader attachments to contact Zhizao Daguan.
3. Maintenance every 100 hours (or half a month)
(1) Clean the engine cylinder head and torque bender oil cooler;
(2) Check the liquid level of the battery, and apply a thin layer of Vaseline or butter on the joint;
(3) Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank.
4. Maintenance every 250 hours (or one month)
(1) Check the rim fixing bolts and tighten the torque;
(2) Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;
(3) Check whether there are cracks and looseness in the working device, the stressed welds of the front and rear frames and the fixing bolts;
(4) Replace the engine oil (according to different quality and engine usage);
(5) Check the tightness and damage of the engine fan belt, compressor and generator belt;
(6) Check and adjust the foot brake and emergency stop brake.
5. Maintenance every 500 hours (or three months)
(1) Tighten the bolts connecting the front and rear axles to the frame;
(2) The engine oil must be replaced, and the oil filter element must be replaced;
(3) Check the engine valve clearance;
(4) Clean the refueling and oil suction filter screen of the diesel tank.
6. Maintenance every 1000 hours (or half a year)
(1) Replace the gearbox oil, clean the oil filter and the oil pan, and replace or clean the copper wire in the vent cover;
(2) Replace the diesel filter of the engine;
(3) Detect various thermometers and pressure gauges;
(4) Check the tightness of the engine intake and exhaust pipes;
(5) Check the operation of the engine;
(6) Replace the oil return filter element of the hydraulic oil tank.
7. Maintenance every 2000 hours (or one year)
(1) Replace the front and rear axle gear oil;
(2) Replace the hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank and refueling filter;
(3) Check the working conditions of the foot brake and parking brake, and disassemble and check the wear of the friction plate if necessary;
(4) Clean and check the seal and spring of the brake booster, replace the brake fluid, and check the sensitivity of the brake;
(5) Check the tightness of the distribution valve and the working cylinder by measuring the natural settlement of the cylinder;
(6) Check the flexibility of the steering system.
3. Routine work after parking of the loader and finishing work
1. Loosen the accelerator --- step on the brake pedal --- stop steadily --- put in neutral --- pull the handbrake --- set the bucket flat, apply a little pressure to the ground;
2. Let the engine idle at low speed for about 5 minutes, so that all parts are evenly cooled and then turn off the engine; if you need quality loader accessories, contact Zhizao Daguan.
3. If no antifreeze is added to the coolant, all water drain valves of the engine should be opened in time after parking in winter to drain the accumulated water in the cooling system;
4. Check the oil level and cleanliness of the engine oil pan. If the oil level is found to be too high and thin, find out the reason and eliminate it;
5. Check each oil pipe, water pipe, air pipe and other parts for leakage;
6. Check the fixation of the double transformer, hydraulic oil pump, steering gear, front and rear axles and whether there is overheating;
7. Check whether the rim bolts, drive shaft bolts and pins are loose;
8. Whether the condition of the working device is normal; add butter to each oil filling point according to the regulations;
9. Check whether the tire appearance and air pressure are normal;
10. Check whether the brake fluid is sufficient;
11. Clean up the appearance of the machine and the soil and sundries in the bucket.
